Reiner Heinzen spielte während seiner mehr als 30-jährigen Bühnenerfahrung u. a. bei The Reaction, Smiling Understatement, Renaissance und Moustache.

Daneben betrieb er Projekte mit Hans Heres (ehemals BAP), Conrad Schmidt, Carol Knauber, Lothar Keil und Gregor Kess.

Er war ebenfalls Gründungsmitglied bei der Roots'n Boots Band.
